• We run sales from various countries, including the UK, the US, and others.
• Returns and refunds are only possible for sales run within the UK and delivered to UK clients.

Sales to and from Countries Outside the UK
• For sales run from countries outside the UK (e.g., the US and others), all sales are final and non-refundable.
• For sales run from the UK to clients outside the UK, all sales are final and non-refundable.

UK Return Policy (For Sales Run from the UK to UK Clients Only)

Return Eligibility
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, but only for sales run from the UK to UK clients.

Non-Returnable Items
• Underwear, swimwear, earrings (for hygiene reasons), cosmetics, make-up, bespoke items, and accessories (e.g., bags, belts, etc.) cannot be returned.

Return Conditions
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
